Broccoli with Fresh and Dried Scallops






Ingredients:

 1 packet of Fresh Scallop
 
3 pcs of Dried Scallop

 2 florets broccoli

 

For pre-cooking:

Soaked the Dired Scallop into a cup of lukewarm water

 1 cup chicken broth

 

For cooking:

 2 chopped garlic

 1 tbsp oyster sauce

 Dash of sesame oil

 Dash of light soy sauce

 

Method:

 

1    Boiled the Fresh Scallop and Broccoli in hot water for 3 mins
2    Remove the scallops and Broccoli, dipped dry and arrange on the plate.
3     Next, clean the pan and saute the garlic slices in 1 tablespoon of oil until fragrant. Turn the heat  down and add the soy sauce, sesame oil and oyster sauce and Stri fry the Dired Scallop.
4     Pour the Dried Scallop and sauces over the Broccoli and the fresh Scollop.
 
Note: Do not cook for too long to avoid over-cooking the broccoli and Fresh Scollop

 

Note: You can add cornstarch at the end if you want your sauce to be thicker.
