賽螃蟹


 

 

 
 

Ingredients:
5 Egg
3 pcs of Dried Scallop
100g of Batang Fish



For pre-cooking:
Soaked the Dired Scallop into a cup of lukewarm water
half cup of chicken broth
Dash of Vinegar


For cooking:
2 chopped garlic
Dash of sesame oil
Dash of light soy sauce

Method:
1 Separate the Egg York and Egg White.
2 Heat up the Wok with 4 Cup of water and once the water is boiling,
Pour the Egg white into it till cooked.
3 Drain white the Egg White and pour away the water
4 Heat up the wok again with oil and chopped garlic, Stir Fry the fish till cooked.
5 Add in the Egg white, dried scallop, chicken broth and stir fry together with the fish .
6 Add in he sesame oil and light soy sauce to taste.
7 Place the cooked fish and egg white on the plate and place one Egg York
in the center.
8 Served while hot to mix the egg York and eat it with Vinegar will taste nice
