古早味面线糕 - Rice Noodle Kueh




面线180 克
虾米50 克
香菇 30 克
肉碎100 克
蒜头2 粒
葱头100 克
水1杯半
麻油少许
鸡粉1茶匙
胡椒粉适量
油适量



将葱头切片,而蒜头则切碎,香菇浸软切丝,面线用手压碎待用
热油炸酥葱头,取起备用
爆香蒜米后加入肉碎、香菇、虾米炒香
再加入调味料及水让它煮滚后收汁
最后加入面线碎煮至熟
煮熟再倒入涂上油的盘中压平,隔水蒸10分钟
待冷却后切1块快放入平底鍋将它煎香即可

*可加入竽丝更美味*

Rice Noodles 180 g
Dried Shrimp 50 g
Dired Mushrooms 30g
Minced Pork 100 g
Garlic 2 pcs
Onion 100 g
Water 1.5 cup
Sesame oil few drops
Chicken Stock 1 Teaspoon
Pepper to taste
Oil Few Drops



Slice the onion, garlic and the chopped mushrooms soaked shredded, Use hand to crush the rice noodles.
Fried the  onion till crispy
Use the onion oil to fry the garlic then add in the  pork, mushroom and dried shrimp till fragrant
Add seasoning and pour in the water to let it boil
Add  the rice noodles and cook until it dried up
Poured the rice noodle into a greased tray and flattened it  
Steam it for 10 minutes
Cut the Rice Noodle Kueh after cooling in a pan fry till both side are crispy.
