白果竽泥 - Ginkgo Nut Yam Paste



芋头1粒500克
白果适量
糖半杯
猪油6汤匙
椰浆半杯
水半杯


芋头洗净,切片蒸熟,约蒸四十分钟,趁热搓成茸
如觉不幼滑,可以放入磨碎机内磨至幼滑
白果去壳,放落滚水中煮十五分钟,取起去衣去心,洗净滴干水,放落滚油中过油后备用
下猪油,热后放下芋茸、糖半杯慢火炒至糖溶后慢慢加入椰浆和水,然后加入煮好的白果即可

Yam 500 g
Ginkgo Nut  Half Cup
Sugar Half Cup
Pork Lard 6 Tablespoon
Coconut milk Half Cup
Water Half Cup


Yam washed, sliced steamed, steamed for about forty minutes, hot creamy puree
If not smooth enough,  grinding to smooth
Peeled the ginkgo nut and put into the boiling water and cook for fifteen mins then drip dry water, then cook in the hot oil
Heat the wok and put in the lard, heat, pour in the Yam paste and half a cup of sugar, stir-fry until sugar dissolves slowly simmered in coconut milk and water then add to cooked ginkgo
