花生芝麻糍粑 Muah Chee



糯米粉600克
水800ml
葱头油2汤匙
花生碎300克
糖粉50克
白芝麻20克

油鍋加熱
糯米粉加入水,搅拌后隔水蒸30分钟
油鍋加入葱头油后急啊入蒸好的糯米粉用小火慢慢搅成1团
倒入花生,糖和芝麻拌匀成另一个碗里
用剪刀慢慢煎入糍粑,让糍粑都沾上花生,糖即可

Glutinous rice flour 600g
Water 800ml
Onion Oil 2 Tablespoon
Pennut 300g
Fine Sugar 50g
Sesame 20g

Mix the glutinous rice flour and water and steam it for 30 mins till it sticky white paste.
Heat up the wok with onion oil and pour in the white paste and stir it with low fire till it form a dun
Mix the peanut, sugar and sesame into a big bowl, cut the sticky paste into small cubes and coat them well with the peanut mixture.
