芝士猪扒包



猪肉300克
汉堡面包4粒
芝士8片
蚝油2汤匙
胡椒粉1茶匙
糖1茶匙
酱青2茶匙
麻油1茶匙
蛋白1粒
油1汤匙


将猪肉洗净后沥干,切成八片
放入碗中加入调味腌1小时
锅里放入1汤匙的油,放入腌好的猪肉片,把两边煎到7分熟
汉堡面包切开,面包底放1片7分熟的猪扒,放1片芝士后再放1片7分熟的猪扒
盖上多1片芝士和汉堡面包
放入烤箱用120c 烤10分钟
芝士就会溶在肉扒和面包上即可



Pork 300 g
4 hamburger buns
Cheese 8 slices
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 Egg White
1 tablespoon oil


Wash and drain the pork, cut into eight pieces
Add seasoning into a bowl and marinate for 1 hour
Add 1 tablespoon of the oil to the frying  pan, add the marinated pork slices, put on both sides and cooked fried to medium well
Cut the Hamburger bread into half 
Place one piece of medium well pork on the base of the bread then place a slice of cheese on top of it 
Place another piece of pork on the cheese 
Cover one more cheese top of it and close it with the hamburger buns
Oven bake for  10 minutes with 120c
Cheese will be melted on the Pork & bread as well.
